team member. An independent HR department takes care of all the benefits and amenities
to be provided to the team members. The Human Resource Development department, reinforces
MEC SHOT’s mission of providing excellence in surface technology. It addresses the
issues and concerns of the employees. All the members are granted reimbursements
well ahead of industry standards, provident funds, conveyances, canteen facility,
clean and healthy working environment, sports and cultural activities etc. This
includes ongoing support, prompts as well as courteous services to the staff. At

The HR has teams which work in specialized areas. These teams come together, to
provide comprehensive support and continuous process improvement. Each team is headed
by the HOD. The HOD and the department as a whole, frequently review the programs
and services offered. This ensures that they continue to meet the needs of the staff
members. Training and development is one such specialized team. Currently, the training
unit is involved in programs like developing the research and development skills,
techniques and lesson planning. |
